Small, friendly family run hotel that is centrally located and within walking distance of all Seville's main tourist attractions. Good range of bars and restaurants close by.

The hotel was basic but perfectly adequate - our room was rather small but clean and quiet with good wi-fi access. The location is great for exploring Sevilla - it's on a small side street so there is very little noise but plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It's also very easy to walk to most major sites within 15 minutes. We actually ended up extending our stay by an additional 2 nights here (6 total) and were overall very happy.

Aside from the room being small the only other thing that was inconvenient was the fact that none of the staff spoke any English. It was very difficult to communicate so we had to rely on going to the tourist offices for answers to our questions.

Very convenient location for sights and during our stay the feria de sevilla.plenty of bars and cafes nearby.

Basic but very clean rooms.need to add parking charge of 16 euros (with hotel concession) per day in public carpark

Spotless rooms, good location, pretty lobby, air conditioning worked.

The staff was somewhat indifferent to completely unhelpful. We needed help finding a laundromat and the staff person sent us on a wild goose chase to one that after a 20 minute walk turned out to be closed. The hotel claims to offer free wifi, and you can pay to use the wired internet in the lobby. The wifi worked only intermittently. When I paid a euro to use the computer in the lobby, I couldn't get a browser to open and got multiple error messages. When I showed the night clerk what was happening, he insisted that it worked (he didn't have an idea about computers), and refused to give me my money back. We also saw him be very disagreeable with a couple over a dispute about a room. Also, the tub was irregularly sized and didn't have any slip guards on the bottom or bars to grab if you lose your balance. I fell in the tub and had a bruise on my arm for a week Seville is full of hotels and I would look for a different one if I went back.

Easy to find. Good price & location, clean & comfortable rooms.

Even the hotel & room was nice & clean, still there was a huge cockroach in our room. Not a big deal but the girls were scared a bit :)

Friendly staff. A chinese restaurant is near the hotel, just 3-4 minutes walk, reasonable price.

Our room is at ground floor, we can hear people talking outisde in the street and the traffic noise through the windows.

Staff didn't speak any English, but thankfully my girlfriend does. They told us a price when we first arrived and said we needed to change the reservation from one person to two. The man agreed and we signed for it. Then when trying to check out a different person told us we would be charged extra for every night that the second person stayed (the whole time). My girlfriend, fluent in Spanish, explained that we had been told otherwise. The man argued saying that we altered the receipt and that it was our fault for not knowing hotel policies. She told him that we were told something and had no reason to doubt it, we had already signed, and that we had to catch a train in 30 minutes. The man refused to unlock the door and said he wouldn't let us out of the hotel until we paid. He even looked in the receipt book and saw that his co-worker wrote the receipt and that we hadn't changed anything and were therefore not at fault. Only when my girlfriend threatened to call the police and said she would have no problem communicating with them did he start back off. He tried to talk faster so that she could not keep up and understand him. He kept saying we had to pay cash, so obviously they couldn't charge my card and they just wanted the money. After arguing for 20 minutes at 5 A.M. the man stormed to the door and told us to get out. We politely said thanks and left, with him muttering and talking badly about us the whole time. There was one nice man when we first arrived, but all other employees were rude.

The hotel is near the main monuments of the city. My room was clean. The wifi connection was good.

The room was too small, without any window. During the night, the door of the entrance hall, is fastened by a chain and a padlock, so I got the impression that entry or exit late in the night was not so easy. Two friends of mine, traveling with me, were directed to another worse hotel, even though they had booked a room.

It was the nicest hotel where I have been in Spain and (hard to believe) the cheapest one as well. Really nice rooms, beautiful building, very clean and the guy at the reception was really kind. It's in the city centre and by foot you can easily get everywhere. If oyu are by car you can leave it in the parking of the shopping centre 100 meters far away.

No kitchen in the hotel hence no breakfast.

The elevator was a nice surprise. The staff were helpful- terse but not discourteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, especially as we were attending a concert near the museo de bellas artes.

No outside windows on the two rooms we used.

Our window opened to the stairs and not to the exterior.

The location is excellent, close to the main attractions, rather clean hotel with very friendly stuff

We've been to Sevilla in February and during the nights the weather was getting cold. The airconditioner in the room was too noisy and poor to warm up the room.
